The tenant, Christian Brothers Automotive Corporation, executed a new 15-year lease at close of escrow. Kevin Sellers arranged the financing on behalf of the buyer, a private investor in California. The interest rate is fixed for 10 years @ 4.00% with no prepayment penalty. Financing was secured through a North Carolina-based credit union.
