Kevin Sellers arranged the financing on behalf of the buyer, a private investor in Wisconsin. The interest rate is fixed for 10 years @ 3.87% on a 25-year amortization schedule. Financing was secured through the national single tenant lending division of a Midwest based commercial bank.
