The tenant, Fresenius Medical Care, has over 16 years remaining lease term. Kevin Sellers arranged the financing on behalf of the buyer, a private investor in Florida. The interest rate is fixed for 10 years @ 3.54% on a 30-year amortization schedule. Financing was secured through the national single tenant lending division of a Midwest based commercial bank.
