The tenant, a Burger King franchisee, recently signed a 20-year lease. Kevin Sellers arranged the financing on behalf of the buyer, a private investor in New York. The interest rate is fixed for 10 years @ 3.76% with 30-year amortization schedule. Financing was secured through the national single tenant lending division of a Midwest based credit union.
