Henry Street Capital has arranged $1,800,000 in nonrecourse term debt to finance the sale of a single tenant property located in Loveland, CO.  The tenant, Walgreens, has over 11 years remaining lease term.  Kevin Sellers arranged the financing on behalf of the buyer, a private investor in California.  The interest rate is fixed for 10 years @ 3.30% on a 25-year amortization schedule.  Financing was secured through the national lending division of an East Coast based commercial bank.
