The tenant, Walgreens, has just under 6 years remaining lease term. Kevin Sellers arranged the financing on behalf of the buyer, a private investor group in New Jersey. The interest rate is fixed for 10 years @ 3.46% with 30-year amortization schedule. Financing was secured through the national single tenant lending division of a Midwest based credit union.
