Henry Street Capital has secured $900,000 in term debt to finance the sale of a newly constructed, single tenant building in Blue Ridge, GA. The tenant, Sherwin-Williams, recently signed a new 10-year lease. Kevin Sellers arranged the financing on behalf of the buyer, a private investor in Florida. The interest rate is fixed for 10 years @ 3.54% on a 30-year amortization schedule. Financing was secured through the national single-tenant finance division of a Midwest-based commercial bank.
