The tenant, Bank of America, has 13.5 years remaining on the ground lease. Kevin Sellers arranged the financing on behalf of the buyer, a private investor in Connecticut. The interest rate is fixed for 13.5 years @ 3.50% on a 30-year amortization schedule. Financing was secured through the national lending division of a Midwest based commercial bank.
